📜 Terms & Details
Credits: One credit = one SMS message sent. Unused credits expire each month and do not roll over.
Overage credits: If you exceed your plan's credits, additional credits are billed at the rate listed above.
Platform fees: Applied automatically to each successful payment. Fees are deducted from the merchant's payout. Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) still applies.
Phone numbers: Dedicated numbers are provisioned through our carrier partners. One number included in Pro and Growth; Starter plan uses a shared sender ID.
Refunds: If you refund a payment, Stripe returns the processing fee. Platform fees are not automatically refunded.
Compliance: Merchants are responsible for ensuring SMS recipients have opted in to receive business texts.
